One of the first projects I got to work on in Logic Pro X while in my theory class in this degree program was this song - I was thrilled because the song was already planned for the album, and it was a great opportunity to use what I'd just learned and put it in action. This was he first time I'd ever written a tune completely with just computer input. The first version/mix of this got to #6 on Reverbnation's Austin Pop Charts in 2017, and I decided to use what I'd learned at the 2 year mark to remix it; bringing out clarity to both the lead and background vocals with a better mix of the music. I also added a very small amount of orchestration to the end to fill in a blank measure before the last verse.
