So I heard this song one day many many years ago and fell in love with it immediately. It was right when internet radio started becoming "a thing" - would probably have been between 2006 & 2009, maybe, or even a little earlier. But it hooked me immediately, however, I couldn't find out who did it or anything. A few days later, I heard it start again and instead of going to the computer I turned to my piano and started picking out the chords with one hand and writing the words down with the other because I had to sing this. The recording is probably 10 years old, but this is me on both piano & vocal, no prerecorded track. Needs some more cleaning of the mix if I can find the solo piano tracks. I found out many years later it's Stephen Simmonds; very talented man.
