My take on "Road Ode", talking about a life from the side of the traveling musician...what it's like out on the road, missing home. As crazy as it sounds, I'd take it in a heartbeat. I hope you enjoy this song - it's always been one of my favorites. A lesser known Carpenters tune, but one of my very favorites for sure and you should surely check theirs out, from their sublime "A Song For You" LP.
