Let’s talk to Kemo Camara, CEO and founder of Omek; a premium digital and physical space dedicated to the social and economic development of African diaspora. Born in Guinea into a family of 9 siblings, Kemo was educated and worked in the United States for 15 years before moving to Germany, where he pursued a masters degree in Development, Economics and International Studies. Kemo has hosted the African Collaboration Summit for the first time in 2019, and following the massive success of the event, a second edition followed only months later! Multiple African-owned businesses and organisations were in attendance to grow their networks and audiences, whilst meeting with many skilled African professionals as well.
