Rounding off Hanne Kolstøs string of remixes, is «Stein / Saks (Ost & Kjex Remix)». Where the first three remixes were tracks lifted from her most recent album, and remixed by Pow Pow, this latest remix is of a song from Kolstø's previous album «Fest blikket» and has been remixed by Ost & Kjex. «Stein / Saks» was the first single off of Kolstø's seventh album and her first single release in Norwegian.
Kolstø is an artist who enjoys to be in constant movement, and new album,«Fare», has a rougher and more beats-oriented sound than the songs on her last album, «Fest Blikket». She considers herself a hermit, as she has chosen to live half her time in a remote cabin in the woods, enjoying the silence it brings.
