Building upon the success of their recent third album “We Wither, We Bloom”, Nordicana frontrunners The Northern Belle are poised to release their first ever holiday single. It has become a catchy and jolly Christmas number, with a nostalgic, romantic and melancholy lyrics – complete with bells for the final chorus.
“We Wither, We Bloom” was released on August 28th, and received widespread praise in both the US and the band’s native country, Norway. Outlets such as NPR - All Songs Considered, American Songwriter, Parade Magazine, Wide Open Country, Cowboys & Indians and Refinery29 have all praised the band’s unique Nordicana sound, clever lyrics and energy.
