We've reached the end, at at the end, what we get is an oddly placed psalm. Scholars argue over what to think about the *when of the psalm (and maybe also the *why of the psalm), but some see it is a fitting conclusion.
Here's the synopsis: regardless of what is going on, I will rejoice.
I will wait on the Lord.
But if we think this means we being inactive ... we are missing it.
