Tonight was bittersweet.
We talked about our first solo party/installation in LA, but also about the unfortunate passing of Nipsey Hussle. Nipsey was more than the "Los Angeles rapper" the media made him out to be. He was truly a beacon of hope to those who know what it's like to struggle; not only in Crenshaw, but around the world. We hope that all of the positive things he accomplished in his community will not die and that LA can come together and not let this get any worse than it already is. RIP NIPSEY, you will be dearly missed.
