On this travel edition of The Mary Faye Headrick Good Deed Segment, Cora & I traveled to Mammoth Cave National Park in Kentucky to visit with Chris Lowrance 3,400 miles into his 4,300 mile bicycle ride across the country to bring awareness to mental health and suicide in the first responder community with the support of Blue Help. Not only did I have the opportunity to visit with Chris, but also his wife, Melanie, and two of their children, Adam & Madelyn, which Cora had so much fun with by the way. Melanie also joined in to the conversation as Chris shared about the bike ride and what it means to them both.
