After Jianhong Zhou (known as Mr. J) found that he was not happy working at IBM in China, he moved to the U.S. to study psychology and started a social media company called, “Hoop.” Using other social media outlets as his platform, Mr. J. began sharing messages of positivity with others to highlight his business effort and to encourage others to be positive and find a place of happiness and satisfaction in life.
