In 2018, Nick & Jenny Nicholson started on a journey called, “Eating Alabama.” Around this time last year, things changed with COVID-19. With that change came huge challenges for the restaurant industry. Nick & Jenny’s efforts to recognize restaurants around the state of Alabama have been extremely important to those who have been working hard to keep the doors open. On today’s show, I am talking with Nick, who also happens to a second cousin to Officer Charlie Bradley who we honored last week, about his family’s efforts to share the wonderful eating establishments we have across the state of Alabama.
