It's the 40th anniversary of Tsukasa Hōjō's classic manga, Cat's Eye, and the Kisugi sisters are back in their first, solo animated outing in almost 38 years! Well, that's not entirely true. To celebrate the occasion, the larcenous ladies are crossing paths with none other than the monkey-faced thief himself. That's right, we're reviewing the brand new film "Lupin III vs Cat's Eye!"
