RIP to my cousin Dominique Tyrell White; he was shot MULTIPLE TIMES in the back by the Topeka Police Department September 28th, 2017.
Body Cam footage was restricted to his children; his fucking MINORS, and still as of today, November 19th, 2017, the family attorney is fighting to have the footage available for the adult members of his family.
