A Poem written to my brother A-Train late night around 2am a couple winters back. We were spending less time together after the passing of both his cousin Dominique White, and his father Brian White. Though we share a mother, and a deep bond beyond any two beings on this Earth, tragedy as caused a division between us. Pain, depression, suffering, and the agony he holds alone bars him from engaging with society as a whole. And though his spirit remains righteous, strong, and awakened, he and I have spent less and less time together as the years continue on.
Love is Bond. I Don't doubt his love for one second, and I pray to the universe that he too will never doubt mine.
