Then we discuss some creative financing deals involving land contract wraps in Oakpark, Michigan while enjoying two whiskey's. Both whiskeys are from the Orkney Islands in Scotland. One is an 18 year old Highland Park (2005 or older) and the other is a 20 year old 2011 Signatory Vintage (from the Highland Park distillery.)
