Listen

Description

Today I talk with my younger brother James. Growing up with my father was often difficult and at times terrifying. The childhood trauma I experienced did a lot to exacerbate my alcoholic condition. What was great about this conversation was the wholly unique and often varied experience my brother had growing up. He was able to come to terms with things I still struggle with daily. Family conversations are so important as I try and excavate my alcoholic past so that I can better understand myself and work toward a better future. And it was great to spend time with my brother. Thanks for listening!!!
