We as active alcoholics were always thinking about our next drink. Planning, plotting and scheming to make sure the flow of booze was constant and heavy. We still implement this type of thinking in sobriety and find a great many excuses to fret and worry. The best tactic we have found to combat the future trippin' is mindfulness of the moment. Not always easy but often help it can help us put in perspective the important things and relax about the things out of our control. Thanks for listening!
