Suzanne McNamara, RN, BSN, BSW, CMC is an Elder Care Consultant/Manager with over 15 years of experience in the field of aging. She is a Registered Nurse and a Social Worker. Suzanne’s combined expertise derives from her education and positions in hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, home care, and hospice. This experience and breadth of knowledge enables Suzanne to astutely, compassionately, and respectfully respond and care for each of her clients. Given her client’s often complex circumstances, Suzanne acts as an advocate with other professionals and services. She creates a plan of care for each client, taking steps in sync with her client’s timing and capacity. Her optimism is recognized and appreciated by her clients and their families.
Suzanne believes that the client must always come first, making space for their multi-faceted life, centering their needs, and meeting them where they’re at. She joined the Elder Care Consultants of Choice (ECCC) Team to extend and scale the firm’s reputation for industry-defining quality of care. Within two years of practice, in ECCC, Suzanne shone as a superb Care Consultant/Manager. She was made Partner.
Suzanne McNamara is a member of the Aging Life Care Association (ALCA), Aging Society of America (ASA), and Massachusetts Nursing Association. She earned a Certified Care Manager (CMC) designation.
