Segment 1: It's time for the Drinker to kick off at Brufrou 2016 and what better way to do that then with Mike and Greg from Declaration Brewing and Mike Dunkly from Little Machine Brewing and chef Mike Winston from Table 6. There are so many awesome breweries and restaurants here that it is almost overwhelming, almost!
Segment 2: Let's meet the judges that will be doing just that, judging the food and beer that the people choose as the best of the best at Brufrou 2016. Tune in to find out who the judges are and what they do for a living to qualify them as a judge here at Brufrou. I will tell you this, our very own chef Jesper is one of the judges!
Segment 3: The time has come to start the judging for the best beer and food pairing at Brufrou 2016, and Greg has been thrown into the roll of M.C., he doesn't mind the attention and is up to the task!
Segment 4: The judging continues and it's gonna be a tough decision because all the food and beer are top notch, these judges have some tough decisions to make. Greg asks each judge to explain why they like each pairing of food and beer and you will be surprised on how detailed they are when explaining why it works or doesn't quite make the grade.
