This one is called 'Dread Gap' or 'Schreckenslücke' in German. The term refers to the discrepancy between how much people feel afraid of a risk versus how statistically dangerous it actually is. This term is often used in the context of behavioral economics. My second ever track produced using the Elektron Syntakt- Albeit sparingly.
