For this @DarkScienceElectro premiere we take a listen to a personal favorite artist of mine that calls himself @commuter
Commuter has been actively releasing music since 2004 and has been producing music since 1997. His production relies heavily on software synths and less heavily on hardware, which he has been collecting for 20+ years. Commuter is a great example of the old adage "It's the ear, not the gear". This producer also walks the line between Techno and Electro in a way that I don't think a lot of producers can do so gracefully.
The expression selected by @DVSNME to premiere is 'Commuting Xperience'. The track is a fantastic composition that features the Model D synth as well as a handful of VSTs. The song percolates with staccato arpeggios and a thunderous bass line remindful of Dopplereffekt. This is one of many great tracks on the album; So much so that I had a hard time picking a track to premiere. This album is highly recommended by me.
