This @DarkScienceElectro premiere we look to a Belgian artist for a release on French label @Ukonx Recordings.
No stranger to all things Dark Science Electro, @Datawave has been recently making waves in the Electro world with his dark brand of Electro. Since I noticed the work of this 36-year-old producer I knew that I was hearing the work of a future master. Through DSE, I have promoted him in every way imaginable in hopes that listeners/labels would follow suit. Thankfully his sound is infectious enough that it didn't take much visibility for him to gain the attention of various Electro labels and DJs. He has since become a household name of enthusiasts of the genre.
This premiere comes off a new release from a great label out of France called @Ukonx that has been putting out fresh Electro since 2011. The song selected to premiere is the opening track of the release entitled 'Subspace Halo'. The track takes us to an ominous place with pulsing bass, delayed arpeggios, moderately-paced beats, and melancholy strings. This release will become available for purchase on June 9th.
