For this @DarkScienceElectro premiere, we check out another track from Nullptr @bovaflux via @fanzine-project
He is involved in the Motherchip Connexion events that happen around Cambridge along with @Purplehands and @Subdermic. His professional background is in software development (specifically videogames) hence the interest in technology and name (nullptr/nullpointer being a C++ reference). @Bovaflux told me that this track comes from a machine learning algorithm. Part of this album pays homage to Warp Record’s Artificial Intelligence series. It helps that this track also has a replicant touch to it, with Bladerunner-esque synth pads running through it.
