Grease explores the friendships, romances and adventures of a group of high school kids in the 1950s. A wholesome Australian transfer student Sandy Olsson (Olivia Newton-John) and a leather-clad greaser Danny Zuko (John Travolta) develop an attraction for each other during a summer romance, but they face conflict when they realise that their relationship crosses clique lines.
