Directed by Shawn Levy, Deadpool & Wolverine is the superhero film based on Marvel Comics featuring the characters Deadpool and Wolverine. It was produced by Marvel Studios, Maximum Effort, and 21 Laps Entertainment, distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures, and is the 34th film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) whilst also being the sequel to Deadpool (2015) and Deadpool 2 (2018).
Deadpool’s (Ryan Reynolds) peaceful existence comes crashing down when the Time Variance Authority recruits him to help safeguard the multiverse. He soon unites with his would-be pal, Wolverine (Hugh Jackman), to complete the mission and save his world from an existential threat.
