Directed by Jeff Fowler, Sonic the Hedgehog 3 is the action-adventure comedy film based on the video game series published by Sega.
Sonic, Tails and Knuckles (Ben Schwartz, Colleen O’Shaughnessey, Idris Elba) face a powerful and mysterious new adversary, Shadow the Hedgehog (Keanu Reeves). Defeated by Shadow in every single way, the trio forms an unlikely alliance with Dr. Robotnik (Jim Carrey) in hopes of stopping Shadow and protecting the planet. However, the stakes become raised when Robotnik is reunited with his thought-to-be-long-lost grandfather, Gerald Robotnik (also Jim Carrey), who seems to have his own sinister plans for Shadow.
