The word of God and prayer are the building blocks of our relationship with Jesus. The Lord is very specific on how to pray, when to pray, and where to pray. Prayer is communion or communicating with God. He wants to have relationship with us. He is making himself available to us. He has manifested himself to us. The only thing that hinders us from being in a closer relationship with God than we are in right now is us.
Life is filled with moments, situations, and decisions which require us to pray. Prayer is the way in which we communicate with God. But there is not just one way or even one type of prayer. In fact there are many different methods in which to pray to God. In this message, Pastor Eddie Mason lays a foundation for a new series on the power of prayer.
