This week Race Capitol gets some radical rest and airs a previously recorded episode and asks the listener to hear for the promises that the city of Richmond still awaits to be met. Richmond's Commonwealth Attorney's office has not had a competitive race since 2005 and has also not convicted any officer shootings.
