Plum Village Dharma Teacher Barbara Newell offers two talks during the Open Way Montana Fall Retreat, held at Flathead Lake on September 20-23, 2023. Theme of the retreat was "Present Moment, Wonderful Moment." In them she addresses how to practice with fear and anxiety over our current lives.
