Chandler has to throw Monica off the scent of his proposal (but may not *that* far off) but Richard has other plans, Ross has to wash his nice suit after Elizabeth showers him with cocktail water balloons, leaving Ross to question where this relationship is going, and Rachel brings Phoebe to a charity silent auction to drink enough for the kids and Joey guesses the price of a sailboat he now gets to buy!
