In Matthew 28:17, Jesus’ last words to His disciples include a command to “disciple all the nations”. The word disciple is usually a noun in Scripture, but in His Great Commission, Jesus also uses it as a verb. In Pastor Jesse South’s year-end message based on this passage, we explore a balance of the noun sense (being a disciple of Jesus) and the verb sense (making other disciples), as well as a Biblical picture of what it means to be a well-rounded disciple.
