“Be careful how you walk, not as unwise people but as wise…. do not be foolish, but understand… do not get drunk with wine…but be filled with the Spirit…” Our identity in Christ should inform and inspire how we live. Pastor Steve preaches from Ephesians 5:15-21 outlining Paul’s encouragement to walk as imitators of God and not as imposters. Three distinct commands in this passage, each with a negative prohibition and a contrasting positive admonition, serve to guide our evaluation and govern our activity so it reflects our true identity as God’s children.
