Singleness is not the absence of something but the acceptance of a place in life God has put you. Steve Smith closes our sermon series on discovering God’s design for marriage, gender and sexuality with a message to encourage those who are not married, something that the church doesn’t do often enough. Steve preaches from 1 Corinthians 7:25-40, where singles can find instruction on how to live a life pleasing to the Lord, but also find satisfaction living in singleness. Ultimately, regardless of our marital status, we’ll never be satisfied without an undistracted devotion to Jesus Christ.
