On Mother’s Day, Kyle Clarkson preaches a message profiling Mary the mother of Jesus as part of our Portraits of Faith series. Because the church has historically held different and often controversial views of Mary, we may tend to resist engaging her story. While dispelling some unbiblical beliefs about Mary, Kyle brings to light her fallen humanity as well as her faithful submission to God’s will, and we are challenged to follow Mary's lead and look to the One she looked to for her own salvation, her son Jesus.
