"Live as free people, but do not use your freedom as a cover-up for evil; live as God’s slaves.” Kyle Clarkson presents a message from 1 Peter 2:11-17 on freedom, what it brings to our lives, and living selflessly in true freedom. The Biblical view of freedom in verse 16 contrasts to our culture's view well represented in the 90's Soup Dragons hit: "I'm free to do what I want any old time." We desire freedom, but we are all slaves to something. We are truly free when we are slaves to God, who set us free from sin through His Son and servant Jesus.
