3 raw eggs
1/2 large green pepper
1 small white onion
3/4 cup unseasoned bread crumbs
3 cloves minced fresh garlic
3 tablespoons chopped Fresh basil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
3 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
Shark Steaks
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup ketchup
1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh parsley, or cilantro
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
6 medium shark steaks
Peanut or canola oil, for frying
