Description

During the height of prohibition, many enterprising people found different ways to make money- some opened secret bars, some committed life insurance fraud.

Mike Malloy, a homeless immigrant and alcoholic was the target of one of these schemes (well, both, technically) but there was a wrinkle in the plan: Mike simply wouldn't die.
