I am taking part in a 6-month, 200 hour Meditation Teacher Training Program, and as part of our eventual certification we'll need to demonstrate we've practiced. Recording a podcast doesn't actually count, but it does give me a chance to practice and to listen to myself doing this- and to hopefully, benefit our show listeners in the process!
