This episode with Emily Chen was truly a special one. It is a real-world story of sex trafficking that took place within her life. At first glance, you may think this is something she experienced in another country but that would be incorrect. It actually happened right here in America at an upper-class ZIP Code and in a place where most of us would least expect it.
Many Americans fail to realize that the sex trafficking industry is one of the biggest in the world and is taking place all around them. It is something that every one of our children needs to be equipped with in order to avoid and be aware of, because this epidemic can strike at absolutely anyone and it truly affects all of us whether you realize it or not.
I commend Emily for her bravery, perseverance and resilience in the way she was alive and for sharing this story. She’s become a very impressive firearms instructor and an even more beautiful human in the face of the pitch-black horrifying experience of this episode.
