This week on Psylicious we present a second and very special World People Production showcase
featuring Ananda. World People Productions was founded in 2009 by Toto, to promote the World
People Festival with a compilation representing their party sound. Enjoy!
A self inspired corporate hippie who oscillates between office files and sound files,
Ananda has been actively involved with the underground Psy Trance movement in Delhi
and supporting it for over a decade now by organising gigs and giving a platform to
several upcoming and talented local acts to play at the same.
In April, 2014, he got signed up by Fusioncraft Records and in October, 2016 he released
his first compilation, VA- Prathama under the label which featured 10 blasting tracks from
the best acts across the globe.
In November, 2016, he got signed up by World People Production, one of the pioneers in the
field of Psy Trance. He has another project called MAGNETIK BRAINZ with his extremely
talented brother, Shaveer Ahmed a.k.a. Chakraview also, from World People Production which
sees them perform LIVE on guitar.

A droning pulse is rising from India as our fellow DJ Ananda finished compiling the new World People compilation - “Aikyum" featuring cosmic illusion &corrupt illusionist, Chakraview, Tolatol, Desired Reaction, Groove hunter & Racoon, Hashashin, Kaza, Killawatt, TerraHertz & XS and the mighty Samadhi.
Ananda is a qualified connoisseur of psychedelic aural oceans, being involved with the psytrance scene in Delhi and supporting it for over a decade now. His fine taste of the underground is ready to be unfolded to the crowd with “Aikyum”. Curious much? Dive into it!
