The Bartlet Reelection campaign kicks off in the bucolic Americana-festooned small town that President Dad's family of farmers (?? also boarding school headmasters I guess) calls home. We are treated to another 44 minutes of television narratively distorted by a real shitty flashback gimmick! In case you thought it was not possible to do the time-split thing in an even more incoherent fashion... well you were wrong.
Mainly MS-related plot development to close out this two-part episode, although we still eagerly anticipate Abby beating the shit out of her husband down the road somewhere. We DO get to watch Bruno Gianelli fire up his hustle by taking advantage of the Bartlet Admin's paralyzing fear of risk, which is great.
Music by Galactic and Jenny Lewis this time.
