President Bartlet laments his ability to not have The Right Kind of militarist blunder, in spite of having an actual Vietnam War Veteran as his chief of staff. Dumbshit Will Bailey lets the stress of the job bring out his actual sexist condescension. Amy Gardner is a great character but for some reason must be tempered by comedic beats!
