Otherwise there's a buncha random garbage going on as what we surmise is an attempt by the writers to bring a new generation of secondary characters into the main cast. Cliff Calley and Kate Harper get a lot of screentime in this episode, in service of the very West Wing outcome: nothing happening. We do NOT invade Canada.
