Where did this song come from? Well, we had a DIY bird mobile that came with all the cut out wooden bird shapes, and a cross hanger and coloured embroidery thread to connect it all up. The idea was to paint and decorate each bird yourself.
Little miss 4 years old had a story in her head for how this should proceed - she decided that each bird was a different kind of sky - so we had to paint a starry night sky, a cloudy sky, a blue sky, a rainbow sky, a thundery sky, a sunset sky and a raining sky.
