FANTASY GOVERNMENT BY THE PEOPLE
AND FOR THE PEOPLE

Not just the United States, but the entire world, remembers that fateful November day back in 2018 when Al Qaeda terrorists held the entire nation hostage in exchange for the public disclosure of an anti-terrorist bioweapon that may not have even existed.

In that darkest hour, salvation came not from the United States government, but from fantasy government. This cabinet of independent thinkers from Naperville, Illinois—a librarian, a customer service representative, a gas station owner, and an obsessive gamer—was led by insurance adjustor and President Jay Weise.

Now, thanks to the tireless efforts of crusading vagabond journalist, former White House press secretary, and part-time Radio Shack employee Jerome Bartels, here for the first time is the true story of the Stockdale Hostage Crisis from the people who lived it.

Jerome Bartels is the former White House Press Secretary for President Glen Neidermier. His exposure of corruption in the Neidermier administration led to the first presidential impeachment proceedings in fantasy government history. Bartels has been recognized by outsiders as the nation s most trusted independent investigative reporter. He is on the advisory board of IOFG and has written many articles, including Continental Congress: The First Fantasy Government. Jerome Bartels lives alone in his truck.

Reviews

Mr. Bartels is such a good writer that he had me convinced that people really were playing out a fantasy government. Though, if such a thing did exist, I am sure that it would become widely popular like fantasy football. At first this book was hard for me to get into. It is because I had a hard time wrapping my mind around the idea that real civilizations pretended to be the president and the white house staff. These people were serious and had every thing down to the exact details. Once I told myself to quit over analyzing. I was able to sit back and enjoy reading this book. Jay Weise played a first-rate President. For someone who never really made an appearance in the book and whom the readers knew very little details about, Sykes really knew how to make a strong presence. The footnotes inserted throughout this book, I found to be intriguing and noteworthy. The Naperville White House is a innovate, stimulating, book that is worth every penny! —Amazon reviewer
