Episode 96- Dissolving the Ego: Part Two

Following from last week’s discussion of The Ocean Archetype and the dissolving of the Ego, Phoebe Leona dives in deeper to discover and give you the tools of courage so you can seek to find “the unknown” in your life, and be willing to see life from a different perspective.

Using the analogy from Rumi’s poem “The Chickpea and the Cook” Phoebe sets the tone of what is taught within the yoga sutras of Ego-that when we address the “why” of either the choice of sitting in our uncomfortable hot-pot of stew in life, or addressing the why of “why is it so uncomfortable?”, we can see that our ego naturally wants to take us to the most comfortable places possible.

Listen in this week to discover some new tools and self-discovery questions to ask yourself, so that you can let go of the feeling of “having to sit” in this hot stew, to then maybe (just maybe…) relax and enjoy the warmth of the choice to be there in the first place.
