This week's Motivation Monday comes from Ed Mylett's book #MAXOUT YOUR LIFE. In his book he outlines that there are 86,400 seconds in a day, that's 1,400 minutes. A human beings life span in 78 years. Of those years, 28 will be spent sleeping, 7 of those are spent lying in bed, awake with worry. Eleven are spent watching TV or on the internet, 10.5 working, 4 are spent driving, and one year eating getting dressed, or doing mundane tasks ... All that leaves you 8 years, just 8 short years to MAXOUT YOUR LIFE. - We all have a destiny version of ourselves, the person we would be if we reach our full potential.
