2. How can you give just a little more … to reach a better result?
When people set out on a new adventure or fail at something, one of the few common sentiments seem to be about doing your best. But what does trying your best really mean? At face value, it can mean that you did try your hardest, and put in your all towards something.
Challenge your team this week to give their BEST EFFORT in the weight room, classroom, playing field, etc. Challenge yourself to give YOUR BEST EFFORT as a coach and leader.
