Do you have Standards on your Team?
Chances are you do. Most leaders of any organization or in this case a sports team have rules and/or standards. In this episode we look at the standard that was set by a captain on the Miami Dolphins when Larry Csonka was a rookie and was about to take the field with his helmet off.
The next question you have to ask yourself as a leader is do I have a standard for everything in my program or organization?
Lastly, we look at how much freedom do you give your players or employees inside your organization.
Is trust earned or given? The answer is BOTH.
