This is an eclectic collection of works that describe my current influences in 2021. Here you can find some techno, cosmic, disco, trip-hop and ambient influences as currently I am listening many different types of music. I also like to experiment with some of my new Roland vintage drum machines (727, 626 and Boss) and some new synths I bought for my studio recently including the fabulous GRP A2.
In this year my music is going through a transformation that accounts for some influences from a mega-fusion of styles coming from from labels such as Opilec, Ninja Tune, Permament Vacation, BBE with the usual classic ones such as: MPS Records, Sounds of Philadelphia, SAM, Arista and many others.
All the tracks have been recorded in the Disco Milk Recordings Studios in London where most of the parts have been recorded live and edited as less as possible. Therefore there is not much midi nor much digital programming of beats and rhythms, all is produced using original sessions and no samples are used in these productions.
Disco Milk was founded in 2006 by Paolo Guglielmino aka Super Paolo, one half of the duo Tutto Matto.
